Associate Member - Facility - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A licensed ambulatory surgical center located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that are paid by Medicare using the ASC fee schedule and not paid using the hospital outpatient department rates.

Associate Member - Individual - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A person who works in or is interested in the ambulatory surgery arena and is not eligible for Active Facility Membership.

Associate Member - Organization/Vendor - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Individuals or entities that sell or potentially could provide goods or services to ambulatory surgical centers.
