• Member - Registration - CODE – $225.00
  Employees of Member Facilities may register for a discounted rate with a code - please email info@pasa-asf.org to receive the code.
• MEMBER _ Conference Attendee – $225.00
  Restricted to Active Facility Members & Individual Associate Members. Vendors must purchase a booth in order to attend.
• MEMBER _ Exhibitor Registration – $1,500.00
  All exhibit booths include one 6' table, two company representatives, and two chairs. Representatives (2) are invited to share the complimentary breakfast and lunch provided at the event.
  
  Please fill out the Exhibitor ONLY Field requesting Full Name & Company for each attendee as this information will be used for Name Badges.
  
  Additional representatives/badges are $50.00 each, and up to two (2) may be purchased by filling out the 'Guest' portion of the registration.
  
  Full payment must accompany the contract; no space will be reserved without payment.
