Base fee:

1. Exclusive Gold – $6,500.00
PASA’s premier sponsorship offers unmatched visibility and recognition as the conference’s sole Gold Sponsor. Includes “Presented by” branding, premium booth placement, enhanced marketing exposure, program advertising, attendee lists, a brief speaking opportunity during a meal session, and the option to include a branded item in attendee bags. Ideal for organizations seeking maximum impact and engagement.
2. Silver Sponsor – $3,000.00
The Silver Sponsorship provides strong visibility and meaningful engagement throughout the conference. Benefits include logo recognition on event signage, in the program, and on the PASA website; a high-traffic booth location in Sponsor Row; attendee lists; and the ability to submit a conference abstract. Ideal for organizations seeking impactful exposure without the exclusivity of the Gold level.
3. MEMBER _ Exhibitor Registration – $1,000.00
All exhibit booths include one 6' table, two company representatives, and two chairs. Representatives (2) are invited to share the complimentary breakfast and lunch provided at the event. Additional representatives/badges are $150.00 each, and up to two (2) may be purchased by emailing info@pasa-asf.org Full payment must accompany the registration; no space will be reserved without payment.
4. NON-MEMBER _ Exhibitor Registration – $1,750.00
All exhibit booths include one 6' table, two company representatives, and two chairs. Representatives (2) are invited to share the complimentary breakfast and lunch provided at the event. Sponsor Only - Not Exhibiting
Show your support for PASA and gain brand visibility without staffing an exhibit booth. This option allows your organization to be recognized in event materials and communications, highlighting your sponsorship presence to attendees while freeing your team from on-site exhibit responsibilities. Ideal for organizations that want to support the event and connect with participants without the logistics of a full exhibit.

Register online to participate as an exhibitor and/or sponsor at PASA’s 2026 Annual Meeting & Educational Conference, taking place October 4 & 5, 2026, at Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, PA. This premier event brings together ambulatory surgery leaders, administrators, and clinical decision-makers from across the state for two days of education, networking, and collaboration.

Exhibitors and sponsors will enjoy valuable face-to-face engagement opportunities, including dedicated exhibit times, meals with attendees, and high-traffic networking events. During the registration process, you will be prompted to select your sponsorship options, booth space preferences, and additional opportunities to enhance your visibility.

Booth assignments and sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment must accompany registration to secure your space. Registration must be completed by September 5, 2026. We encourage early registration, as availability is limited and select opportunities may sell out.

If you plan to stay at Eden Resort & Suites, please follow the instructions below to reserve your room within the official event room block.

To make your reservation online:

Visit the Eden Resort website and select "Book Now" at the top of the page.
Enter your arrival and departure dates.
Click "Group Codes and Promotions", then from the dropdown menu select "Group Code." Enter the following group code: 2610PAAMB
Click Apply.
Once entered correctly, the group name will appear with a green dot confirming your code. Select Search.

Choose your preferred room type and complete your reservation.

Please note:

Please allow up to 48 hours from receipt of this email before making your reservation to ensure the room block is active.
The room block cutoff date is September 4, 2026. Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and prevailing rates.
